Mineral processing and metallurgical plants widely use our wet and dry screening machines which operate with high screening accuracy even with moist and claye materials . They are easy to maintain and are adapted for both synthetic and metallic screen decks .
Our magnetic, electromagnetic and electrostatic separators have proved their high efficiency in dry and wet processing of ores, primary and secondary minerals and industrial wastes. Recently we began large scale production of rare earth magnets powered magnetic separators, providing up to 0.35 Tesla magnetic flux density at the drum surface.
Vibrating cone and jaw crushers of our design provide possibility for attaining unique performance data at much lower operational costs (as compared to other manufacturers’ equipment) on various primary and secondary minerals, including oores, ferroalloys, construction , timber , forestry and paper making industry wastes,
We have introduced a wide range of rotor type crushers- from high speed impact and roll crushers to low speed shredders. This wide choice provides for the customer any equipment for disintegration of any primary and secondary materials of various sizes and hardness characteristics: from metallic chips, ceramics wastes, cullet to nutrient additives and vehicle tyres.
Complex production lines and plants, equipped with Mekhanobr-Tekhnika machinery (crushers, screens, feeders, separators) ensure production of crushed stone with high (up to 85%) cubicity index .
Apart from this our installations make it possible to process for recycling wastes of plastics, cullet, electronic scrap, rubber, reinforced concrete and other industrial and municipal refuse.
