| Vibrating cone crushers |
| The crushers are designed for crushing hard brittle materials of compressive strength within 3000 kg/cm2 containing not more than 4% moisture. For higher moisture content the crusher may be operated with supply of water into the crushing chamber from a special facility |
| |
| Features |
reduction ratio is 1,5 - 2 times higher than in conventional cone crushers;
the required product size is easily obtained as per the customers specifications (by using, for example, a remote control system);
choke-feed operation (no need for feeding devices) due to specific kinematics and crushing chamber profile;
no massive foundation required due to soft vibration damping;
no danger of drive mechanism overload and breakdown caused by occasional uncrushable objects occurring in the crushing chamber;
remote control of discharge opening setting to compensate for the liners wear;
a wider range of capacities and product sizes can be achieved in wet crushing mode by changing crushing force and water consumption.
|
|
| Application |
KID-300, 450 and 600 crushers can be used to the best advantage for crushing abrasives, refractories and aggregates as well as industrial wastes (foundry slags, worn abrasive tools, storage batteries, luminescent lamps etc.)
KID-900 and KID-1200 crushers are used mostly for crushing mineral rocks, slags, cement clinker and the like materials.
The largest KID-1750 and KID-2200 crushers are used mainly in mining and building industries.
If the crusher is intended for other special purposes some tests are required to specify its parameters and to adapt the crusher to operation conditions to make it most efficient.

1- bowl liner type for standard feed size
2 -bowl liner type for larger feed size
1. The above data were obtained in dry crushing.
2. The choice of bowl liner type depends on maximum feed size.
3. Maximum product size is a function of the crushing force and crushing chamber profile.
4. Drive motor power is given for heavy duty operation.
5. The data presented can fluctuate depending on physical and mechanical properties of material to be crushed
6. Product size distribution can be determined by the curves presented only approximately.
