Magnetic drum separators of PBSC type

Separators of PBSC 63/50 type come in two versions:
Version 1- for dry concentration of finely crushed strongly magnetic ores and removal of ferrous contaminants from various materials ( with drum speed 50 - 90 RPM);
Version 2- for obtaining extremely pure magnetic products ( super concentrates ) (with drum speed in 140 - 275 RPM range);

Application

Separators are designed for dry magnetic concentration of strongly magnetic ores and removal of ferrous contaminants from various materials and can be used in metallurgical, abrasive, glass industries and in production of construction materials.

Remarks:

At customer’s request for handling finely ground and poor-flowable bulk materials a vibration feeder can be supplied with the separator.
