Spiral vibrating elevators

The elevators are designed for vertical conveying of bulk materials (provided they are not sticky or dusty) by means of vibrating spirals.

Features

· Vibrations of working member - vertical spiral - are excited by two unbalanced vibrators with intersecting axes. No mechanical connection is arranged between the vibrators, synchronism and in-phase operation of those being obtained owing to self-synchronisation effect.
· Solid particles are transported upward along spiral surfaces due to the angle of vibration direction exceeding the angle of spiral.
· Vibrating spiral is supported by soft springs so that hardly any vibrations will be transferred to supporting structures.

Application

· Upward conveyance of bulk materials in conditions of limited working space area
· Interstage conveying in modular crushing/ screening plants in particular within closed circuits
